Terms & Conditions

1.  License Grant:

Foundational Audio allows user(s) to receive a license grant upon downloading any sample library(s) that we own. Users are allowed to use these samples for either commercial or non-commercial content (music compositions, post-production audio, etc). The user is allowed full creative control over products such as the right to own and use samples for any creative endeavor. However, Foundational Audio has the right to protect our purchased products, which does not allow any form of redistribution of sample(s). File sharing, copying source code, or reverse-engineering any part of the sample library is prohibited.

2.  Liability:

Foundational Audio is the creator of its own original samples contained in each product. However, these products are run using a third-party software, DecentSampler created and distributed by Decidedly LLC. Foundational Audio and its members are not in association with this company and therefore, remain not liable for any instance of errors, bugs, or changes under the software DecentSampler and it’s contents.

3. Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of the software, Foundational Audio does not offer any refund plan. Only certain cases may be qualified for a return of purchase, such as purchasing with incorrect information, software incompatibility, or a unexpected software error.

4. Updates & Compatibility:

Upon the release an update of an existing product, the user has permission to request the update be given to them for no additional charge. If the update has any instance of error upon receiving it, the user may request the previous version of the product to be sent to them.

Foundational Audio’s sample libraries are currently compatible under the DecentSampler software format, and do not run on any other sample library engine.
